How can I be so confident? My work is based on the neuro-science-based technique FastReset®. Originally developed by a medical doctor for her clinical clients it works as well - or even better - for everyday stress. See the disclaimer at the bottom of this page regarding the limits of my work.

All forms of stress originate in our brain, more specifically our "emotional brain". If you are overly stressed, irritable or overreact, it's not your "fault" - It's your emotional brain reacting according to its programming. So in order to relax you need to reprogram - literally reset! - your emotional brain. And that's way easier and way faster than you probably think. According to their unique and personal situation (What bothers you the most? What is it, that you cannot come to terms with? If you had a magic wand, what would you remove from your life?) we co-create a tailor-made exercise to reset the relevant programs in their emotional brain, with an immediate effect.
Applying the technique with my guidance (bringing to bear ten years of coaching experience) my clients quickly learn to create and apply these exercises by themselves, guaranteeing quick and immediate access to relaxation, without being dependent on another person.

Because it works as well as when meeting in person! I enjoy to meet my clients in person, but it's not required to have the full effect of relaxation coaching. And many clients prefer to avoid the hassle of rushing to an appoinment after work and fighting their way through the rush hour. After all my offer is about relaxation and where could you relax better than from the comfort of your sofa?
