Stress comes in many forms and flavours, each client has a completely unique and special set of challenges. I know, because I have worked with persons from all walks of life, literally. With millionaires. With lawyers. With prison inmates. With therapists. With top-level managers. With mothers. With fathers. With students. With teenagers. They all had tools and strategies to cope with stress - be it meditation, yoga, sports - or distractions of the most various types like eating, having a drink to relax or smoke or what not. They all alleviate stress or help forget it for a while. Some of them are even beneficial for one's health.

But "having" tools and "using" them are two different things entirely. And do not blame yourself for this. The demands of a busy life can at times be excruciating and leave us without energy to do what we know would be beneficial.

Profound Relaxation and Stress-Relief

So what's different about Relax Now Online and FastReset®? Let me illustrate. There was this client, I'll call her Jane. In our third session she told me of a "funny incident" (her words) : She was driving towards a fancy restaurant for dinner, lot's of traffic, everybody in a hurry trying to find a space in a congested parking lot... her boyfriend sitting right next to her... Interestingly we had not even worked on stress related to her driving. We had worked on some relationship stress where she got way too easily irritated and stressed (her words again). With FastReset® we had reset some emotional programs related to relations and the next time she experienced similar situations with her boyfriend, she remained calm and reacted in a gentle way rather than getting defensive. Why now did she remain calm when driving? Because she had stopped worrying about being criticized by her boyfriend? Because she did not feel threatened by other persons' impatience? I cannot say, but it is a great example how FastReset® changes our body's and our emotional brain's perception of reality and how this naturally leads to a more relaxed and joyful experience. And by the way: Jane also noticed how at work she was better able to focus on her tasks, avoiding distractions and deflecting interruptions.
